About Us
We are 2 geeky students from Germany. We create screencasts on beginner topics like beginning Python programming, using Thunderbird or explaining GNU/Linux basics. You can find a detailed list of screencasts on our screencasts page. All of our screencasts are published on ShowMeDo. Some of our screencasts are in English, some in German.
Lucas Holland
I'm a Mac loving geek. I've been using computers for the better part of my life, I've used most operating systems but I prefer Mac OS X and GNU/Linux (Ubuntu to be precise). I like the idea behind Free Software and Free Content but believe that sometimes proprietary tools (like Photoshop) do a better job. I know a couple of programming languages, including: Python, Ruby, PHP and Java. I also do HTML and CSS coding for web projects (although I am certainly *not* a web designer).
While I spend a lot of time on my computers, I can also be found reading and spending time with my friends.
